Information we collect
We collect identity and contact details, application and academic history, payment records, platform activity, and technical data such as IP address and cookies. If you apply for a programme we also process the documents you upload and communications with admissions, tutors and student support.
How we use data
We use data to run the website, process applications, deliver teaching, take payment, meet university and regulator requirements, improve our services, and (where you opt in) send course news. We do not sell personal data.
Legal basis
Depending on the activity we rely on contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation, consent, or our public-task / university partnership duties. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time.
Retention and transfers
We keep records for as long as needed for the purpose they were collected, including statutory retention for student files. Where data is processed outside the UK we use appropriate safeguards.
