Terms and conditions
How you may use this website, apply for a programme, and what governs the student contract.
Use of our website
This site is operated by Learna Limited (company number 07166785). By using it you agree to these terms. Content is provided for information. Programme details, fees and dates can change; the contract for study is formed when the university issues an offer that you accept.
Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our privacy policy. Do not send special-category health data through the public contact form unless we have asked for it as part of an application.
University applications
Applications are made through the Learna portal and assessed against the published entry requirements for each award. Offers are issued by the validating university. Meeting the published criteria does not guarantee a place.
Payment, acceptance and prices
Fees are shown on each programme page in pounds sterling. Deposits are non-refundable except where consumer law requires otherwise. Instalment plans are interest-free when offered by Learna; third-party finance is subject to the lender’s terms. Prices may be reviewed between intakes.
Intellectual property
Course materials, branding and site content remain the property of Learna, our university partners or their licensors. You may not copy, share or resell materials except as permitted for your own study.
Your conduct
You must use the site and learning platform lawfully, treat tutors and peers with respect, and keep login details confidential. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.
Modern slavery
Learna is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in our supply chains. Concerns can be raised with admissions or via the contact details on this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
